Add salt and beat your eggs.

On a heated pan (medium heat) with little oil pour your eggs.

Let it settle at the bottom then turn. Do not over cook it as we want it soft and moist.

After turning cook only for one minute.

Place on a surface that will allow you to cut

Cut in to strips Then cut across to get bite size pieces.

Now these are ready for the sauce

Fry your onions till translucent then add your garlic paste/powder and your other spices. I added cumin powder, black pepper and turmeric powder.

Let the onions turn golden brown then add your chopped tomatoes and some tomato paste.

Tomatoes mixed with tomato paste.

Cook covered for a few minutes then lightly crash to get such a paste. Now add royco and some water just enough to dissolve. Cook for a minute

14. Mix well until all pieces are covered in the paste.. sprinkle dhania then serve.
