Heat oil in a saucepot and add the chopped onion, garlic and bell pepper.

When they are ready add the chopped tomatoes and the tomato paste. Cook on low heat until they are saucy then add the chicken masala

Add the already boiled kienyeji chicken with some water. Let it simmer for like 10 minutes.

Once done serve hot and dig in with a starch of your choice
