Take a mixi jaar add grated,coconut,red chilli, chana dal,galic cloves,green chilli(for more spicy),onion, salt and 1 cup water then grind it make a smooth paste

For tempering heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seed after crackles of mustard seed then add 1 red sabut mirch, curry leaves

Pour the tempering into chutney

Serve with dosa,idli etc
