Cold cocoa kulfi

Take a pan. Add milk. Boil the milk.

Now other side take a bowl add custard powder and 4 tbsp milk. Mix well. Make sure no lumps.

Now in boiling milk add custard powder mixture. Gas flame is slow. And stir it continuously. For 3 to 4 mins.

This batter become a thick.

Other side take cocoa powder and more 4 tbsp milk and mix it without lumps.

Now add cocoa powder mixture in milk. And stir it.

Now add sugar. And mix it well.

Off the gas flame.

When it come on room temperature. Take a kulfi mould add this cold cocoa mixture in mould.

Also add some dark chocolate.

Put it in deep fridge for 6 to 7 hours.

Ready to serve and eat.
