Ingredients

  1. 2-3overripe bananas
  2. 1/3 cupbutter
  3. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  4. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  5. 3/4 cupsbrown sugar (or regular sugar)
  6. 1large egg
  7. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  8. 1 1/2 cupflour all purpose
  9. Optional things that make your banana bread extra special:
  10. 1 cupcooking oats
  11. 1/3-1/2 cupvanilla Greek yogurt
  12. 1bit of honey
  13. Cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. 2

    Mash bananas in separate bowl

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients together

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.

  5. 5

    Bake for 45 or more

  6. 6

    Let cool

  7. 7

    Enjoy!
