4Turkey cutlets
2egg whites beaten
1/3 cupsseasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp.parmesan cheese
1 tbspbutter
1 tspolive oil
Salt and pepper

Steps

Season cutlets with salt and pepper.

Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together.

Beat egg whites.

Dip turkey cutlets into egg whites then bread crumb mixture.

Heat frying pan and add butter and oil.

Add cutlets and cook 6 minutes on each side.
