Ingredients

  1. 1large chuck roast
  2. 1 bagbaby carrots
  3. 3potatoes
  4. 1 large cancream of mushroom soup
  5. 1 cubebeef bouillon
  6. 1small onion
  7. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Chop onion into chunks approximately 6 pieces

  2. 2

    In a medium sized bowl mix soup and milk

  3. 3

    Place roast, bouillon cube, soup mix, and onion in crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hrs

  4. 4

    Cut potatoes into fourths.

  5. 5

    Add potatoes and 3/4 bag of carrots. Cook additional 2 hrs on high or until potatoes and carrots are tender.

  6. 6

    Salt and pepper to taste.
