Sugars can be less. If you don't have powder green tea, strong green tea can be alternative.

Stir egg first and add sugar

Add milk and put it over weak fire. Gently stir.

Once it gets slightly solid, stop the fire. Add green tea and stir them in the bowl of ice water.

Stir in whipped cream

Add stirred whipped cream into 3. Gently mix and pour into the mould.

Put in the fridge and mix it twice to three times every hour.
