Steps

  1. 1

    Cut plantain and sprinkle small salt and fry in groundnut oil

  2. 2

    Add small groundnut oil in another pan and fry the tomato and onion and pepper

  3. 3

    Add salt, then pour the broken egg inside and stir it. Let it fry for 3minutes and stir
