2lbs. Ground Beef (80/20)
2 Cans (14 1/2 oz.)Diced Tomatoes (drain)
2 CansDark Red Kidney Beans (drain)
1 Can (8 oz.)Tomato Sauce
2Whole Onions
2 TeaspoonMinced Garlic
2 TablespoonChili Powder
2 TablespoonCayenne

Brown the beef, drain grease.

Chop Onions into small pieces.

Mix beef, onions, and remain ingredients into crockpot.

Set it Low Heat for 10 hours or set it High Heat for 4 hours. Your choose.
