Ingredients

1 person servin

1/4 cupoil
Salt
2 cupsprawns
2 tbspvinegar
1tsn sugar

Steps

till they becom

Clean them, marinate with salt, sugar and vinegar for 2 hours inside a fridge.

After 2 hours take then and dip fry in hot oil till crunchy.

When cooked remove the scales, head and legs.

Serve with your preferred accompaniment.

You can also frill in an oven.
