Take Bread slices and cut the edges from all 4 sides. And roll it

Ice cream should be tight enough otherwise put in the refrigerator for some time before use

Now take rolled bread and stuff 1 scoop ice cream and cover properly and make a ball and put in refrigerator for 2-3 hour

Now heat oil and remove the ice cream stuffed bread balls from refrigerator and fry them till golden brown and crispy

Your fried ice cream is ready

Garnish with chocolate syrup and roasted almonds
