Arrange the large mushrooms to fill a baking dish.

Place bacon on top of the mushrooms until fully covered (you can add tomatoes for decoration).

Drizzle olive oil generously over the mushrooms and bacon, ensuring everything is well-coated and there's some oil pooling in the dish.

Sprinkle with salt (or add your favorite spices, like pizza seasoning, if desired).

Bake at 430°F (220°C). Once it starts bubbling, reduce the temperature to 390°F (200°C) and sprinkle as much grated cheese as possible on top. Continue baking until the cheese is melted (be careful not to let the cheese burn too much).
