Double sided Kale chane lollipops

Soak kale chane overnight and then boil them in the morning.Now cool them and grind them in the grinder.

Then boil potatoes and let them cool.

Grate the potatoes.

Grind the bread pieces in the grinder.

Now take a bowl and mix kale chane,boiled pototoes and bread crumbs.

Add dry masale namak,chat masala,katai,chillie flakes,dania powder.

Now mash them and mix them properly.

Make small balls of the mix and keep them in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Take a kadai and deep fry them after rolling them in dry maida.

Heat on low to medium flame till golden brown.

Add broad icecram sticks on both the sides of each ball.

Arrange them on serving plate and Sprinkle some kastoori methi for garnishing.Happy cooking.
