Steps

Boil water double the amount of rice in a vessel and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves. Cover and keep it aside

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower pieces in it. Remove and keep aside. Fry the dry fruits in the remaining oil and keep aside.

Add some more oil and add the cumin seeds into it to crackle. Add Paneer and saute it for a minute. Add some salt as per taste. Remove and keep aside

Add the pineapples into the remaining oil and sprinkle some salt. Saute it and remove quickly

Cook the soaked rice in the water prepared in step 1. Once cooked keep it aside for cooling

Mix the veggies, paneer, dry fruits and pineapple prepared in the rice carefully by forming layers. Add some powdered sugar as per taste while mixing it

Your pulao is ready. You can garnish it with some dry fruits on top and relish it with raita or some side dish
