Ingredients

35 minutes
3 servings
  • 200 gmmedium sized prawn
  • 1 tablespoonBlack mustard seed
  • 2 tablespoonwhite mustard seed
  • 2 tablespoonpoppy seed
  • 4-5 table spoongrated coconut
  • 6Green chillis
  • As neededmustard oil
  • To tastesalt and sugar

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    At first remove the skin and head of the prawn and wash it.

  2. 2

    Now soak black and white mustard seed, poppy seed in some water for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Take the mustard and poppy seeds in a mixer put green chilli, grated coconut, salt and sugar and make a smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Put the prawn in a box mix them well with the paste and mustard oil.

  5. 5

    Now in a pan add 6 - 7 cup of water and let it boil. The box with tight lid is put in the boiling water.

  6. 6

    After 20 - 25 minutes it is cooked.
