Boil one litre water add tejpatta and sugar stir for three minutes

Add rava and stir continuously till it become dough type switch of the flame and remove it from the gas let it cool down

Heat a pan put grated coconut with sugar powder and cardamom powder stir till it become brown now it is stuffing of coconut monda

Now add one spoon desighee in the rava dough make it smooth with hand. Then make small small ball and put little coconut stuff inside the rava ball

Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan put 5 to 6 ball into the oil after one minute turned all balls another side when rava ball become brown colour remove from the frying pan and keep in a tissue paper. Now monda is ready serve it so delicious
