Pre-heat oven to 350°

Grate the chocolate in a bowl and add butter.

Place over a pan of simmering water until melted stirring regularly.

Sift the cocoa powder and flour into a separate bowl mixing the oil and eggs gradually.

Add the baking powder and sugar and mix together.

Grease the baking tin and bake for 45-60 minutes.

Check for readiness with a clean toothpick.

For creaming whip cream until stiff and peaky.

Split the cake to two sandwich and decorate with the cream and strawberries.
