  1. 10Mangoes
  2. 200 gmsred chilli powder
  3. 150 gmsMustard powder
  4. 100 gmsTable salt
  5. 250 mlginjelly oil

Steps

    First cut the Mango into 8 pieces along with the seed cover.

  2. 2

    Allow to dry for 8 hours.

    Then add chilli powder, mustard powder, salt and put it in the big pan.

    The add the oil for it.

    Allow for 4-5 days and mix it daily.

    Then store it in a container. You can preserve it for years.

  7. 7

    Avakkai is ready to taste.
