First cut the Mango into 8 pieces along with the seed cover.

Allow to dry for 8 hours.

Then add chilli powder, mustard powder, salt and put it in the big pan.

The add the oil for it.

Allow for 4-5 days and mix it daily.

Then store it in a container. You can preserve it for years.

Avakkai is ready to taste.
