  1. 2large ripe tomatoes
  2. 1small onion
  3. 2 tbsbrown onion soup
  4. 1 tsprajah curry powder
  5. 1 tspbenny spice
  6. 1 clovegarlic, sliced
  7. 1/4green pepper

    Grate onion and fry with rajah

  2. 2

    Add grated tomatoes and green pepper

  3. 3

    When almost cooked add brown onion soup and benny spice and simmer for 5 minutes
