Steps

First grind the coconut finely in mixer

Heat ghee in pan and add the grinded coconut

Saute it for 5 minutes

Add sugar,mava and cardamom powder

Saute it till the mixture starts thickening

Grease the plate with ghee and pour the mixture in the plate.spread it neatly.

Cut the burfies in desired size let it cool.

Get out the cut burfis. Coconut burfi is ready
