Steps

Make a paste of coconut and green chillies.

Wash all chopped vegetables.microwave (covered) in a micro safe bowl with 1/2 cup water at 100 % power for 9 - 10 mins.

Add microwaved vegetables, prepared coconut and chilli paste, beaten curd and salt and pepper.microwave (covered) at 60 % power for 6 mins.

In another microwave safe bowl microwave oil at 100 % power for 30 secs. Add mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.microwave at 100 % power for 2 mins.

Pour this tempering over cooked vegetables and microwave for 2 mins.at 100 % power.

Allow to stand for 5 mins.

Serve hot with poories and rice.
