  • 4eggs
  • 1 handfulgrated cheese
  • 1 knobbutter for greasing

  1. 1

    Half cook bacon for 5 mins in a preheated oven at 200°C

  2. 2

    Grease 4 muffin tin pockets with butter

    Place 1 and a half pieces of bacon inside the walls of 4 of the muffin tin pockets

    Crack an egg in each of the pockets

    Cover with cheese

    Bake for 10 - 15 mins at 200°C. To get it right, I keep shaking the muffin tin until they stop wobbling
