  1. 1 poundground beef
  2. 1 poundsausage
  3. 1 poundbacon
  4. 2 jarssalsa
  5. 4 cansbeans, 15oz each
  6. 2 packetslow sodium taco seasoning

Steps

    Without crowding skillet, cook meats (may have to be done in stages), drain fat

  2. 2

    Drain and rinse beans (I used kidney and black beans)

  3. 3

    In stock pot, add meats, beans, salsa and seasoning and heat through
