125 gramsbutter, softened
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/3 cupcaster sugar
1egg
1 teaspoonvanilla essence
1 1/2 cupsself raising flour
3/4 cupmilk chocolate baking chips

Preheat oven to 160°c

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Whisk in the egg and vanilla essence

Stir in flour, then fold in the chocolate chips

Place teaspoonful of mixture on greased baking tray and cook for 10-15mins.
Cool on a wire rack
