2-3Potato
1/2 kg oil for fry
100 gmPoha
1 tspgreen chilli paste
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
1/2 tspgaram masla
1onion
corinder leaves few
to tasteSalt
2 tbsp corn flour
1 cup water
2-4 cubesCheese grated
2 tspBread crumbs

Boil potato,soak poha in water for 10 mins

Mashed potatoes and mix poha and all ingredients chopped onion

Make patties fill with cheese in center

Dip in corn flour water and coat with bread crumbs,

Fry in hot oil

It's ready to serve.
