  1. 100 goctopus
  2. 1cucumber
  3. 30 gseaweed
  4. 3 tablespoons mentuyu dashi
  5. 1 tablespoonsugar
  6. 5table spoons vinegar

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Dip dried seaweed into water.

  2. 2

    Slice a cucumber and sprinkle salt to it.

  3. 3

    Slice octopus into small pieces.

  4. 4

    Add vinegar and sugar and mentuyu dashi.

  5. 5

    Place cucumber and octopus and seaweed in a bowl. Season it with 4.
