This is the part two of the beef marinade I shared earlier.Enjoy making everyday cooking fun.
Steps

Heat your oil till hot.

Dice the potatoes into large cubes and rinse them thoroughly in clean water.Pat dry with a clean towel.

Fry your potatoes in the oil till they turn golden.Here is where you can add your food colour for a richer colour.I was reusing the oil to cook a different meal that's why I did not add anything to the potatoes.

Remove from oil when golden and drain the excess oil.

Place your biryani in a heavy sufuria or deep pan and place on low flame.

Add in the potatoes and stir.I later on added more water and some royco for more soup.Sorry I forgot to take a picture of it😊.

When ready and meet is tender,remove from heat and serve with rice or any other accompaniments😊.
