500 gbeef mince
1small green pepper chopped
1onion chopped
2potatoed
1 tsppaprika spice
1 tspPortuguese spice
1 tbspbenny spice
3 clovesgarlic sliced
3 tbspoil
1/2red pepper chopped

Fry onion when tender add beef mince
2

Add all spices and diced potatoes when potatoes are soft add green pepper and red pepper simmer for 5minutes
