Steps

Soak saffron in a half cup of water.

Heat clarified butter in a pan,and fry the onion.

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- 4
Add coriander powder and two tbsp water and mix well.
- 5
Stir continuously and cook in a low flame.
- 6
Add curd and red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
- 7
Add chicken pieces,salt and water and cook till tender.
- 8
Add jaiphal powder,javitri powder fried garlic and saffron and mix well.
- 9
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
