Making this with green and smoked fish..... Delicious

Peel your yam, cut in cubes, wash and put in a pot. Add a little water and salt, put on you heat source and boil

In another pot or frying pan, pour in the oil, let it heat up a little, pour in your chopped onions and tomato, let it cook for a while then add your fish and seasoning. Once the tomato water has dried off, turn off the heat and check if your yam is soft.

If it is, pour in the sauce and stir very well, check for add your salt and pepper, let simmer for a while, pour in your chopped green, cover your pot and turn off the heat so that the heat in the pot will cook the green.
