Ingredients

20 mins
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 2eggs
  • 1 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 4 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonVanila extract

  1. 1

    Heat waffle iron.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs with hand beater until fluffy.

  3. 3

    Beat remaining ingredients in a bowl by hand gently until smooth.

  4. 4

    Mix it with egg whites gently.

  5. 5

    Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of the hot waffle iron.

  6. 6

    Bake until steaming stops, about 5 -10 minutes.
