Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 gmcottage cheese
  • 60 gmpmentos
  • 50 gonion
  • 150 gbutter
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper
  • 2 tspItalian dry herbs
  • 200 gmrice
  • 35 gmgarlic
  • as neededCoriander leaf for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cottage chese in cubes

  2. 2

    Cut the pmentos as similar as cottage chese

  3. 3

    Take out the flakes from onion

  4. 4

    Put all these three things in satay stick in proper way or style

  5. 5

    After it sprinkle the seasoning like salt,pepper,and italian dry herbs

  6. 6

    Take a nonstick pan and add some butter,then put the prepared stick in it

  7. 7

    Keep rotating the stick till the golden brown

  8. 8

    For butter garlic rice

  9. 9

    Chopped the the garlic and prepare rice wit drain metod

  10. 10

    Take a pan add butter and garlic

  11. 11

    Put the rice when garlic is golden brown

  12. 12

    Off the flame and mix well

  13. 13

    Plate all things and serve it with arrabiata sauce and finish with chopped coriander
