Ingredients

  • 10Roma tomatoes with the insides removed
  • 1red onion chopped into 1cm cubes pieces
  • 1 bunchcilantro chopped finely
  • 3limes juiced
  • Some salt
  • 1Serrano pepper seeds removed chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut tomatoes in half and remove the top stem. Scoop out the insides of the tomatoes. Slice tomatoes into 1cm cube pieces.

    Chop up cilantro. Chop up onions. Squeeze lime juice.

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients. Add salt to taste. Add pepper to taste.
