Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the garlic and dried peppers

Add the mushrooms

Fry for about 5 minutes then take off heat set aside

Heat up the milk and the grated cheese in the milk

Add the tsp butter and stir until it boils and thickens then add the cornflour to thicken more just add a little cornflour mixture at a time so its not too thick.

Then add the sauce to the mushrooms and heat up again when hot Serve

Serve hot in a serving bowl as a side dish i added a little dry parsley for decorating the dish.
