Chilli Chicken

Marinate chicken with soya sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli powder, pepper powder.

Sprinkle cornflour and plain flour salt mix well set aside for 45 minutes.

Prepare the sauce In a bowl add soya sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli powder, pepper powder, tomato ketchup, vinegar mix well.

Heat oil in a pan deep / shallow fry marinated chicken till it's done, drain on a kitchen tissue.

"You can also be grilled at 240°C For 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove off excess oil from the pan, just keep 2 spoon oil in a pan add garlic, onion, capsicum, spring onion, green chilies fry till they turn slightly soft.

Pour the prepared sauce let the sauce bubble up well, add fried chicken mix well.

Saute on high flame for 3-4 minutes.

"If it's look dry sprinkle little water. Heat off.
