Cut the simla into two halves and apply salt to it with a finger inside outside and keep aside

For the stuffing prepare the green paste by grinding coarsely gr chillies curry leaves coriander leaves onion ginger garlic mint leaves in the mixer jar without water

Remove the green masala in a plate and mix chopped onions, mashed potatoes (optional)and the dry spices like salt haldi dhania jira powder sabzi masala red chi powder chat masala masala hing kasuri methi according to ur taste

Shallow fry the hollow capsicum in a pan

Mix the masala wel and stuff in the capsicums

Heat a pan and add oil and place the capsicums systematically on fast gas
Turn them after one min
Put a tsp of oil
Turn dem again and slow the gas and cover for 3min
Turn dem and again cover for 3 min. Sprinkle water according to ur taste

Keep sprinkling water to retain the moisture
Check the capsicums whether dey r cooked
If dey r soft enough dey r ready to b served wit hot rotis
