Ingredients

  • 1 cupMaida
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupCoco Powder
  • 1/2 cupcooking oil
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • 1/2 cupMelted Dark Chocolate
  • 3-4 spoonchopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 spoonlemon juice
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all Dry Ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Mix all wet ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Fold both the mixture gently slowly.

  4. 4

    Add a pinch of salt.

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven 160° for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Grice the baking tin with oil and dust with the flour.

  7. 7

    Transfer the brownie mixture into the tin.

  8. 8

    Tap it 2 times. To vanish the air bubbles.

  9. 9

    Bake it for 20 minutes.

  10. 10

    Serve hot Brownie with Ice Cream. 😍
