Remove the shell of boil egg

Cut the egg in half

Wash and soak rice for 20/25 min

Bring 4-5 cup of water to boil

Cook rice

Heat oil in a hot pan, add sliced onions and fry until brown. Set these aside to a plate.

Add the rest spices and sautey

When begin to sizzle add ginger garlic paste

Add chill and fry until raw smell goes off

Add chilli power and garam masala and sautey for few seconds

Add yogurt salt mint and Coriander leaves

Now add three eggs along with 3/4 portions of fried onions

Stir and cook until mixture thickens

Switch off the stove set the pan away from the stove..

Repeat these steps twice

Cover a pot with a tight lid

Heat a tawa and when it turns hot place the pot on it

Dum it for 10 min on a low flame switch off and serve hot
