Take the demiglass and heat it up in an iron skillet

Slice the mushrooms and sote in a pan , when finished add to the demiglass

Slice the rosebeef into thin peaces about 0.5cm thick

To the mushroom sauce add salt , pepper , and a bit of cream .

To the finished mishroom sauce add the meat , take out , and put on a flat tray

Grnerasly cover the meat with shreaded chedder cheese anf put in the oven to melt

Cut the cabata bread in half , and cover both sides with mustard , then start adding ingrediants

Put the cut tommato on the bottom , and ovet it put the meat . Take out the mushrooms from the sauce and put on top of the meat . Add rukola lettuce and sliced onions .
