Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz)Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 ozfreshly grated parmesan
  • 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick)butter (salted or unsalted by preference)
  • 3 clovesgarlic (1 1/2 tsp minced)
  • 1 tspItalian seasoning
  • to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Melt butter on low heat. Add garlic let simmer for one minute.

  2. 2

    Add whipping cream and italian seasoning. Increase heat to medium and bring just to boil.

  3. 3

    Add Parmesan cheese stirring constantly. Let simmer for 5 minutes then pour over pasta of choice.

Real Alfredo. The only recipe on this app that uses parmesan instead of cream cheese. I would add crushed nutmeg to make more authentic. Great job!
