1 cup (8 oz)Heavy Whipping Cream
4 ozfreshly grated parmesan
4 Tbsp (1/2 stick)butter (salted or unsalted by preference)
3 clovesgarlic (1 1/2 tsp minced)
1 tspItalian seasoning
to tastesalt

Melt butter on low heat. Add garlic let simmer for one minute.

Add whipping cream and italian seasoning. Increase heat to medium and bring just to boil.

Add Parmesan cheese stirring constantly. Let simmer for 5 minutes then pour over pasta of choice.

Real Alfredo. The only recipe on this app that uses parmesan instead of cream cheese. I would add crushed nutmeg to make more authentic. Great job!
