Ingredients

  • 100 gmpoha
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and chopped the onions and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds when crackle add onion and green chilli saute it.

  3. 3

    Add tomato and ginger garlic and spices and saute it add poha and mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook on low flame for 5 minutes,serve hot.
