Steps

Roaste the vermicelli and keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds when crackle add green chillies and chopped onions and saute it.

Add tomato and ginger -garlic and all spices and saute till leave the oil.
- 4
Add roasted vermicelli and enough water cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
- 5
Add lemon juice and green coriander and serve hot.
