Steps

Divide the chicken into small pieces.

In a sufuria, add in oil then add in garlic, ginger and onions. Fry until the a sweet aroma is produced

Add in the cut tomato, and stir until soft.

Then add in tomato paste and stir very well

Add in a little water, then little by little add in the chicken and stir very well.

Add about 1 cup of water and allow to boil for a about 20 minutes then serve.
