Season eggs with salt, peter and paprika. Best in a glass jug.

Heat medium sized pan and add butter. Once butter melted and hot add egg mixture. Turn grill on to medium at this stage.

Tilt the pan slightly and move the mixture around
- 4
Once almost no raw egg exists on top add chorizo and cheese and place pan under a grill until top of omelette is browned.

Serve. Fill face hole.
