Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. (Flour,yeast, cardamon,sugar,salt,blackseed and baking powder)

Create a hole in the middle,pour the milk and coconut milk and knid a malleable dough.

Cover and let it rise fr abt 3 hrs.

Cut the dough into small rounds,and roll into a circular shape.cut into four parts.

Fry till golden brown.As u can see the mahamri is airy inside.

Best served as breakfast with cooked pigeon peas.Enjoyyy
