Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmacroni pasta boiled
  2. 2-3 tbspoil
  3. 1small chopped onion in square
  4. 1small capsicum cut in square
  5. 2/3whole redchilly
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. 10-11curry leaves
  8. 1 tspsoya sauce
  9. 2 tspchilli sauce
  10. 2 tspsechwan sauce
  11. 2-3 tbsptomato ketchup
  12. 2-3 tspGinger-garlic-chilli finally chopped
  13. 1 tspvinegr
  14. 2-4 spoonwater
  15. 2-3 spoonChinese masla
  16. For Chinese masla
  17. 1 tspCorriender
  18. 1 tspCumin
  19. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  20. 1 tspred chilli powder
  21. 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. 1-2 tspOnion powder
  24. 1/4 tspAjinomoto
  25. 1 tspcoriander powder
  26. 1 tspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add water,oil and salt.. when it Boil add pasta... When it cook drain it and keep a side.

    Choppe the capsicum and onion. Make Ginger-garlic-chilli finally chopped.take all ingredients ready. Make Chinese masala as mentioned in ingredients.

    Take a wok. Add oil when it heat...add mustard seeds when it crackle.. add curry leaves, whole redchilly, capsicum and onion saute for 1 min.add Ginger-garlic-chilli...saute it again till aroma comes.

    Add soya sauce, vinegar, redchilly sauce, sechwan sauce, tomato ketchup stir it well add little water...add Chinese masala that we make stir it well again.

    Now add macroni and mix well with sauce.ur macroni65 is ready to serve.
