Preheat oven to 170°C and line 2 baking sheets with baking paper

In a bowl beat together the butter and sugar until creamy

Crack the egg into the bowl with the vanilla. Mix well

Sift in and fold the flour. Add into the mixture roughly chopped chocolate and mix until well incorporated

Roll 16 medium sized balls and place onto the baking trays
- 6
Cook in the pre heated oven for 15 minutes
- 7
Leave them to cool and then enjoy
