Boiled the macaroni complitely.

Heat butter in a pan add garlick,onion,capcicum & saute.

Heat butter butter in a another pan add maida & milk and nice stire & no lump.

Add parmesan cheese and stir and add salt,pepper,origano,parsley & add boiled pasta and fried veggies & saute.

Garnishing with black pepper & capcicum slice & ready to serve.
